1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Neuronest website at neuronestx.club and your enrolment in any course offered by Neuronest ("we", "us", "our"), a learning provider based in Bangkok, Thailand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, enrolled learners will be notified by email. Continued use of our website or courses after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To enrol in a Neuronest course or submit a contact request, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe the eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Course Enrolment and Access

Upon successful enrolment and receipt of payment, you will be granted access to the course materials for the duration specified in the course description.

Course access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is not permitted.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or restructure course content to maintain quality and accuracy. We will give reasonable notice where changes are substantial.

Neuronest makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, but does not commit to uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect access.

4. Fees and Payment

Course fees are listed on our website in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated. Current fees are:

• Foundations of Programming for AI — ฿3,800
• Applied Machine Learning Projects — ฿8,200
• AI Engineering Pathway — ฿12,200

Payment is due at the time of enrolment. We accept the payment methods listed on the enrolment page. Fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated in our Refund Policy (Section 5) or required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to adjust course fees at any time. Changes to fees will not affect enrolments already confirmed and paid.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident enrolling with us. Our refund terms are as follows:

• Within 7 days of enrolment, before accessing more than 20% of course content: You may request a full refund by emailing [email protected].
• After 7 days or after accessing more than 20% of content: Refunds are not available, as substantial course materials will have been accessed.
• Technical failures on our part: If a technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing content for more than 5 consecutive business days and cannot be resolved, we will discuss an appropriate remedy including a partial or full refund.

Refund requests must include your name, enrolment details, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

6. Course Completion Records

Learners who complete the AI Engineering Pathway in full will receive a course completion record from Neuronest. This record confirms participation and completion of the programme as delivered by Neuronest.

Completion records are issued solely by Neuronest and reflect your engagement with our specific curriculum. They are not academic qualifications, accredited certifications, or professional licences. Neuronest makes no representations regarding how third parties — including employers or academic institutions — may interpret or recognise them.

7. Learner Responsibilities

As a learner, you agree to:

• Engage with course content in good faith and for personal educational purposes only
• Respect the intellectual property of Neuronest and third-party contributors
• Not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission
• Communicate respectfully with mentors and support staff
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access

We may suspend or terminate access if these responsibilities are not met, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, illustrations, code examples, and documentation provided by Neuronest are the intellectual property of Neuronest or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, personal licence to access and use these materials for your own learning during the access period.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, sublicence, or publicly distribute any part of our course content without prior written consent. Portfolio projects you create as part of a course remain your own work.

9. Limitation of Liability

Neuronest provides educational content and mentoring to support your learning journey. We do not make any representations or commitments regarding employment, income, or career outcomes resulting from completing a course.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Neuronest's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or courses is limited to the course fee you paid for the relevant course.

We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of earnings, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform or content.

10. Third-Party Tools and Links

Some courses reference or recommend third-party tools, platforms, or services (for example, cloud providers or open-source libraries). These are mentioned for educational context. Neuronest is not affiliated with, responsible for, or endorsing any third-party service unless explicitly stated.

Use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review independently.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By enrolling or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Neuronest services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
